John Corrales grew up in a small farming town outside of Stockton, California. Weekdays were spent at school and playing
various sports. Weekends were for taking
the farming produce to San Francisco
to be sold at the farmer’s markets.
John attended the University
of Southern California
and graduated in 1992. With its
expansive Los Angeles
network, USC became training grounds for long lasting friendships and business
relationships. The university teaches
that you have to show up and to be accountable.
And, by being part of the large alumni community, USC takes care of
their own, because many of the individuals engage, contribute and have
something to offer long after graduation.
Starting out at a real estate company with over 150 agents
that boasted the highest sales production per agent in Los Angeles County, it
was no small accomplishment to become their #4 Top Producer in the shortest
amount of time. Many people say its
better to focus on one thing in the business to become successful. He found it more my style to spread out, to
knock on doors in many different neighborhoods and to be involved in retail
luxury, short sales and REO.
Opening Corrales Luxury and REO office at Northwest Realty
in May of 2006 right in the heart of the financial district was paramount. There are only 2 locations that get the most
attention and this one is one them. The
office is built to be a boutique luxury real estate office where clients and
friends can depend on him as their real estate resource. John does a lot of business but doesn’t focus
on doing the most, because there must be a balance to keep the personal service
aspect and the creativity flowing.
In 2009, John transformed the entire company to NW Real Estate
Brokers with the natural, modern and edgy style is known for today.
John is currently ranked #49 in Los Angeles County
as of August 2011
