John Corrales

On track to do 150 closed sales since 2009,  John believes in the boutique office aspect of real estate.  "Doing a lot of business is important, but it is more important to offer high-caliber service and to build relationships. People first, results second.

Believe it or not, 150 closed transactions in 3 years is not the most amount of transactions.  Rather, it's an optimal level where one can have be involved in the most important aspects of today's business and where each part helps the other.   These specialialties include luxury retail, REO and short sale.  Represents both buyers and sellers even helping them long after escrow has closed.

Loves Los Angeles and directed Corrales Luxury and REO under Northwest Realty in the heart of downtown Manhattan Beach since May 2006. Many of his listings have been featured on HGTV and "Selling Los Angeles".

In 2009 John led the transformation of Northwest Realty to NW Real Estate Brokers with a new contemporary brand and attracted high-producing agents who consistently sell $2,000,000 plus homes.

Just recently, John took the top agent spot at Coldwell Banker Previews International in Manhattan Beach when Sean Goodsell departed for Orange County and offered him his clients and career.  John and Sean were previously business partners at Northwest Realty and this was the most natural progression for both.

John will get on a plane or drive to a home on a moment's notice to make things happen.  His risk management and ability to connect in pressurized situations proves invaluable.

Graduated from the University of Southern California in 1992.  Outside interests include just about all sports.  He has lived in the South Bay for 20 years.  Married for 14 years to Suzie and his two sons, Taylor (7) and Jagger (4).
